Keko's Academy of Martial Arts (FDS) was created out of a strong passion, a shared vision, and a ceaseless commitment to making learning Isshinryu Karate easy and accessible. Since opening in 1998, we’ve had the opportunity to help countless students acquire foundational skills, develop new techniques and confidently move forward in their learning journey.

PETER KEKO
Master Peter Keko is the Owner / Head Instructor at Keko's Academy of Martial Arts. Peter is an 8th degree black belt in Isshinryu karate. He is also a blue belt in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and has been in the martial arts for over 30 years. During a twenty one year span he has won numerous tournaments to include grand championships, world and national titles.  Peter has been the recipient of major recognitions from the International Martial Arts, World Karate Union, Texas Martial Arts Hall of Fame, Martial Arts Masters, Legends Hall of Fame, Universal Martial Arts Hall of Fame, and the Isshinryu Hall of Fame.
